At this stage it became the positioning game, and with my special task force destroyed by roaming independents, I've lost all chances, since the main cluster was more than 2 days from the captured city. With the killed hero and captured city my moral was already below 200, which made it even less likely to survive afterwards. + you could always strike me from behind with the destraction stacks. So, congratz, nice played!

Ok, we'll see what the judges say. Markymark seems to suggest to wait until I have access to another computer (4 January) but I'd prefer if we could continue. I installed a software to check the temperature of the processor, etc. so I should be able to monitor it more closely and I will now exit after every fight to let it cool down.

My PC overheated and shut down while I was playing my turn (it happened several times against cbower...). I saw it coming but I was on the middle of a fight so I could not save & quit and let it cool down... I'm uploading the only proof I have which is a screen asking if I want to boot normally when Windows is launching..... I guess I deserve a warning but the issue is I cannot guarantee it will not happen again because my personal PC is dead and I will not go back to China before 4 January. Before that, I can only play on my work PC which is shitty and overheat all the time.
It looks like we are the last running game of round 2! No pressure though, we still have something like 37 days to finish our game (written in the tourney page, but the official date should be something like February 3rd).
In order to avoid advantaging one player or the other, for each match, the player who will host the match has been randomly selected by the Battlefield website. The first player in the "turn order" above (who is also the player at the top in the tree here: http://www.the-battlefield.co... must host the game. Please sign off when not playing!(Quit game) When players do not show up for their match, the Tournament Judges have the right to change the match!
